The USC Alumni Club of Sacramento is dedicated to connecting all members of the Trojan Family to each other and to the University through effective communication, programs and events. We support the continuing success of the University by recruiting talented students, providing scholarships, and promoting the University throughout the greater Sacramento area.

Jordan Blair – President
Jordan completed his Master of Public Administration degree in 2007. He is currently completing his Doctor of Policy, Planning, and Development degree and is the Director of Communications for Jesuit High School. Jordan also serves as the President of River City Food Bank and is a member of the Board of Directors for Fairytale Town. |

Ryan Arba – Vice President
Ryan graduated from USC in 2010 with a Master’s in Public Administration from the School of Policy, Planning, and Development. He currently works for the State of California’s Department of Social Services as a Legislative Consultant. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys reading management books and catching up on his favorite TV shows on Netflix. Ryan lives with his wife Catherine and their 15 pound dachshund-pug mix dog, appropriately named, “Hank the Tank.” |

Christopher Oster – Treasurer
Christopher is a 2001 alumnus of USC, earning his degree in Finance. He is an experienced financial services professional and is currently in pursuit of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Part of which includes completing a graduate program through “that other crosstown LA University, which shall remain nameless” and he expects to sit for the CFP® exam in late 2011. Christopher is an active resident of Midtown, enjoys outdoor activities, is passionate about cars and helps out with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. |

Karin Brown - Secretary
Karin began her undergraduate education as USC 1991, later completing her B.A. in Government at CSUS. In 2011 she earned her Master of Public Administration from USC. Karin currently oversees County Merit Systems at the State Personnel Board, and she has been an active member of the State Employees Food Drive and the California State Employees Charitable Campaign. Karin is also a member California Women’s Lead and the American Society for Public Administration. In her spare time Karin is supports her community through a variety of volunteer and service efforts. |
